Key Features
High Density EPP
Firm enough to dig into tight spots without feeling like youre rolling on a pool noodle. Holds its shape even after months of daily use.
4 Size Options
Comes in 12, 18, 24, and 36 inch lengths. The 18 inch is the sweet spot for most people, easy to store and covers all the major muscle groups.
Under $15
At this price you could buy three of these for the cost of one TriggerPoint GRID. Not bad for something with 31,000+ reviews.
Lightweight Build
Weighs barely over a pound in the 18 inch size. Toss it in your gym bag without thinking twice about it.
Our Experience
We grabbed the 18 inch Yes4All EPP roller expecting, well, a cheap foam roller. And thats exactly what it is. But heres the thing, cheap doesnt mean bad here. The EPP foam is actually quite firm, probably firmer than we expected for a $14 product. First time rolling out our quads we had to ease into it because the density was no joke.
After about three weeks of daily use the roller held its shape perfectly. No dents, no soft spots, nothing. Thats one of the big knocks against budget rollers and this one passed that test without any issues. The smooth surface works fine for most rolling, though if you like a textured grid pattern for trigger point work, this isnt that. Its a straight up cylinder and it does cylinder things well.
One thing we noticed is the 18 inch length is actually ideal for targeted work on calves, IT band, and upper back. For full back rolling youd want the 36 inch, but the shorter size lets you apply more focused pressure where you actually need it. We’ve been reaching for this over our TriggerPoint GRID for quick post run sessions just because its simpler. No grooves to think about, just roll.

Worth Knowing

- Might be too firm for beginners or anyone with low pain tolerance
- The 18 inch is too short for full back rolling

Final Verdict
The Yes4All EPP roller does exactly one thing and does it well. Its a firm, durable foam cylinder that costs less than most people spend on lunch. 31,000+ Amazon reviews back that up. You wont get fancy grooves or vibration modes, but if you just need something solid to roll out sore muscles after a workout, this is probably the best value in the foam roller space right now. Best for anyone who wants to start foam rolling without dropping $30 to $40 on a brand name. Skip it if you specifically want textured trigger point features.
