Key Features
20 Speed Levels
Goes from a gentle buzz up to a fairly aggressive percussion. Most people land between speeds 8-15 for daily use.
10 Attachment Heads
Ball, flat, bullet, fork, and more. You probably won’t use all 10, but having options for different muscle groups is nice.
Reasonably Quiet
Not whisper-silent like a Theragun, but quiet enough to use while watching TV without cranking volume.
Long Battery Life
The 2600mAh battery runs about 6 hours across multiple speed levels. Charges via USB-C.
Our Experience
Here’s the thing about the TOLOCO, it costs less than a decent dinner out, and it works. Not perfectly. Not like a $400 Theragun. But for everyday post-workout knots and tight spots, it gets the job done.
I used it daily for two weeks on quads, calves, and upper back. The ball head became my go-to for large muscle groups, and the bullet tip worked well for trigger points near the shoulder blade. Speed 12 out of 20 hit a sweet spot, enough force to dig in without being painful.
Where it falls short: the stall force. Push hard into a really dense muscle (like a deep glute knot) and it bogs down noticeably. Premium guns keep hammering through pressure. This one slows. Not a dealbreaker for most people, but serious athletes might feel limited.
Build quality surprised me. The handle grip is rubberized, and the carrying case is a nice inclusion at this price. After two weeks of daily use, zero rattling or looseness.
Pros & Cons
What We Liked
- Under $40, hard to beat on value
- 10 attachment heads cover every muscle group
- 6-hour battery life with USB-C charging
- Carrying case included
Worth Knowing
- Stall force drops off under heavy pressure
- Louder than premium massage guns
- Plastic housing feels lighter than metal-body competitors
Final Verdict
If you’re spending $300+ on a massage gun, you’re paying for stall force, build materials, and brand. If you just want daily muscle relief after workouts and don’t need to hammer through deep tissue at full pressure, the TOLOCO does 80% of the job for 10% of the price. It’s the best budget entry point into percussion therapy, period.
