Key Features
24 Therapy Modes
16 TENS modes for pain relief plus 8 EMS modes for muscle stimulation. Thats more variety than most units twice the price.
10-Hour Battery
USB rechargeable with roughly 10 hours per charge. We got about 8 days of use before needing to plug it in.
Dual Channel Display
Large backlit LCD shows both channels independently so you can run different programs on each side of your body.
12 Pads Included
Comes with 8 standard pads and 4 large pads right out of the box, plus a storage bag that keeps everything organized.
Our Experience
We picked up the AUVON after burning through a couple cheaper TENS units that died within months. First thing you notice is the build quality feels a step up from the typical Amazon TENS unit. The buttons have a satisfying click and the LCD is easy to read even in a dim gym.
Running it after leg day was where this thing really earned its keep. We set Channel 1 on a deep tissue TENS mode for the quads and Channel 2 on an EMS program for the hamstrings. Being able to control intensity separately on each channel is huge, most budget units force you into the same settings for everything. The 20 intensity levels give you fine enough control that you can dial it right to the edge of uncomfortable without going over.
Battery life claims of 10 hours seem about right. We used it 3 to 4 times a week for about 30 minutes each session and went over a week before the battery icon started blinking. One small gripe though, the electrode pads start losing their stick after maybe 15 to 20 uses. You’ll want to budget for replacement pads eventually, but thats pretty standard for any TENS unit in this range.

Final Verdict
The AUVON TENS EMS unit is one of those products where the price tag doesn’t match the quality. For $32, you’re getting dual independent channels, 24 modes that actually feel different from each other, and a battery that lasts over a week of regular use. The included 12 pad set with storage bag is a nice touch too. Main downside is the pads wear out at a normal rate and you’ll need replacements every month or two with heavy use. If you want a budget friendly way to add electrotherapy to your recovery routine without spending $100 plus on a clinical unit, this is the one to grab.
