Our Experience
Most red light panels force you to sit still in front of a wall unit. The Move+ Pro flips that by wrapping directly around whatever hurts. I strapped it on my left knee after heavy squats and went about my evening, dishes, couch, whatever.
Honestly, the difference after a week was noticeable. Morning stiffness dropped off and my knee felt looser heading into workouts. Is it magic? No. But the convenience factor is real, you’re way more likely to use something you can wear while watching TV than a panel you have to stand in front of for 20 minutes.
Build quality is solid. The LEDs sit in a flexible silicone strip, and the whole thing weighs almost nothing. One gripe: the $420 price tag. That’s steep for a single-joint device when full-body panels exist for similar money. If you’ve got one problem area though, a bad knee, a cranky elbow, it makes more sense than blasting your whole body.
Battery life is decent at about 10 sessions per charge. USB-C charging is a plus.
Pros & Cons
What We Liked
- Wraps directly on the joint, truly hands-free
- Dual wavelength (660nm + 850nm) for surface and deep tissue
- Lightweight and portable enough to use anywhere
- USB-C rechargeable, about 10 sessions per charge
Worth Knowing
- $420 is a lot for a single-area device
- Only covers one joint at a time
- Results take consistent daily use over 1-2 weeks
Final Verdict
The Kineon Move+ Pro 2.0 won’t replace a full red light panel, but it fills a gap nothing else really does. If you’ve got a specific joint that bugs you and you want targeted light therapy without standing in front of a panel, this is the most practical option out there. Just be ready for the price, it’s an investment in one body part at a time.
