We’ve been testing the Incrediwear Knee Sleeve for about three weeks now, and the thing that stands out most is how different it feels from a standard compression sleeve. Most knee sleeves just squeeze. This one barely feels like its there, which initially made us skeptical. But after a few days of wearing it during recovery sessions, the reduction in swelling around the knee was noticeable.

The fabric is thin and breathable enough that you can wear it under jeans or workout pants without looking like youre sporting medical gear. We wore it during a couple of leg days and on rest days too. On rest days specifically, it seemed to help with that dull achy feeling you get after heavy squats. Not a miracle worker, but a real improvement over just icing and waiting.

One thing worth mentioning is the sizing. Measure carefully. We initially tried a Large and it was too snug around the upper calf, which kind of defeats the purpose of a sleeve thats supposed to improve circulation, not restrict it. The XL fit much better for a 19 inch knee measurement.
