Key Features

💪

Pure Creapure

5g of micronized creatine monohydrate per serving, the form most studied for strength and lean mass gains.

🥤

Mixes Clean

The micronized powder stirs into water or juice fast, no grit at the bottom of the shaker if you give it 10 seconds.

🧪

Third Party Tested

Banned substance tested for Sport, a big deal if you compete or just want clean labels.

💰

Cost Per Gram

One of the cheaper creatines on a per gram basis. The 600g tub lasts about 4 months at one scoop a day.

Our Experience

We’ve used this tub on and off for years and it keeps earning its spot. The strength bump is real after about 2 weeks of loading at 5g a day, your working sets feel easier and you grind out that extra rep you used to grind out only on good days.

What we like most is how boring it is. No weird aftertaste, no gas issues we’ve had with some other brands, no clumping in the tub. You scoop, you stir, you drink. That’s it. We throw ours in with our morning protein shake and forget about it. Been doing that for the last cycle and our bench went up 10 lbs with no other changes to routine.

Pros & Cons

What We Liked

  • Mixes clean and tastes neutral
  • Third party tested for banned substances
  • One of the best cost per gram ratios on Amazon
  • Micronized particles dissolve faster than standard creatine

Worth Knowing

  • Scoop is smaller than it looks, easy to accidentally double scoop
  • Not vegan friendly if that matters to you
  • Sticker label design hasnt changed in a decade

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to load creatine?

You can skip loading. Taking 5g daily gets you to full saturation in about 3 to 4 weeks. Loading just front loads the process.

When is the best time to take it?

Timing barely matters for creatine. Pick whenever you’ll actually remember, most days we take it post workout with protein.

Will it make me bloated?

Intracellular water retention is normal and that’s actually the goal. You wont look puffy, you’ll look fuller in the muscles you train.

Final Verdict

This is the creatine we keep coming back to. It’s cheap, it’s clean, it works, and there’s no real reason to pay more for a fancier tub. If you’ve been putting off creatine because you don’t know which one to buy, stop overthinking it and grab this.
